Church Personnel who work with or around children or youth must have a personnel file that is kept securely confidential where other church records are kept. Click for links to examples and additional pages
All information gathered about an applicant will be carefully reviewed and evaluated to make a determination, in consultation with others as necessary, as to whether or not the person is appropriate to work with children or youth.
All gathered information MUST be kept in a secure file (and not accessible to others beyond the clergy and supervisor). |
