All information gathered about an applicant will be carefully reviewed and evaluated to make a determination, in consultation with others as necessary, as to whether or not the person is appropriate to work with children or youth.
All gathered information MUST be kept in a secure file (and not accessible to others beyond the clergy and supervisor).
