How do we support families (children, youth, adults, big families and singles) once they leave the church doors?
Finding and giving out information
What to give out? This should be the BEST of the best. Don't go for a simple and cute "meme" that showed up in your facebook feed, but rather something that's thought provoking.

Ways to do itIf you have a website that people have to check in with regularly, they will forget or stop doing it after a while. What I'd recommend is that you ask people their best contact address. On the website "remind.com" you can put in either email or text. The messages can then be short (only 140 characters) and could include a link, image, or document to the content.
